BERNIE TURNS 85 — Former Baguio lawmaker and mayor Bernardo M. Vergara and wife, Gloria, are flanked by children, James, Gladys, Bernardo Jr., Jonathan, Gaye and Glenda and his grandchildren, when the former launched his book titled: “One for the Road” that coincided with his 85th birthday celebrated at the Baguio Country Club on Dec. 4.
