BLISTT COUNCIL MEETING — The Metropolitan BLISTT Council technical working group turned over the implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act 11932 which created the Metro BLISTT Development Authority. The TWG chaired by Benguet Vice Gov. Ericson Felipe turned over the IRR to MBLISTT Council chair Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, co-chair Benguet Governor Melchor Diclas and interim secretariat NEDA-CAR Director Susan Sumbeling. — Redjie Cawis
