BREAKING BARRIERS — With the goal of determining ways on breaking the barriers to child immunization in Aguinaldo, Ifugao, the Municipal Health Team headed by Mayor Gaspar Chilagan, Jr. conducted a deep dive learning journey on Jan. 11 in two remote barangays.
