BRIDGE OF PEACE — The newly-built Betwagan Bridge in Sadanga Mountain Province, which was inaugurated and opened to motorists on Feb. 16, was implemented by the DPWH-Mountain Province First District Engineering Office with ET Latawan Construction as the contractor.
