COMMENDATION — Miss Teen Baguio 2023 Natasha Morgan, Miss Teen Baguio 2023 Kultura Maxinne Bielle Edwin, Miss Teen Baguio 2023 Turismo Bernice Dilan, Miss Teen Baguio 2023 Kalikasan Carmilla Fontanilla, and Miss Teen Baguio 2023 Sining Xyza Aguilar were recognized by the city government, along with pageant organizers.
