CONGESTED CEMETERY — Established in the 1950s or earlier, Baguio’s primary public cemetery along the Quirino Highway (Naguilian Road) spanning more than 94,000 square meters is already congested. The city government has yet to establish a new site for a public cemetery while the expansion plan for the current facility remains in the drawing board.
