COVID FACILITIES — The Department of Public Works and Highways has turned over the newly constructed health care facilities to Bontoc municipality recently. The facilities will be used for the management, monitoring, and treatment of Covid-19 patients in the capital town. The proposal and planning of the project started in 2020 during the leadership of former DPWH-MPFDEO district engineer Alexander Castañeda. — Dee Ayochok
