The Civil Service Commission Cordillera has recognized the Schools Division of Benguet for its implementation of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (Prime-HRM).
The DepED SDO Benguet has met the Prime-HRM Level 2 maturity indicators of the four core HRM systems, namely recruitment, selection and placement, performance management, learning and development, and rewards and recognition set by the CSC.
Schools Division Superintendent Benilda M. Daytaca received the recognition from CSC Regional Director Marilyn E. Taldo in an awarding ceremony at the SDO hall.
Gov. Melchor D. Diclas, represented by Vice Gov. Johnny Waguis, Board Member and committee chair on education chair Fernando Balaodan, DepEd-CAR Assistant Director Florante E. Vergara and provincial government department heads witnessed the activity.
Padinay encouraged the office to continue its good performance. 
Vergara challenged the team by reminding on Prime: promote, reinforce, implement, move, and embrace by being enablers.
Daytaca thanked the CSC and the SDO team for the cooperation, coordination, and collaboration that led to the Prime-HRM level 2 recognition. – Sue CJ Dawang
