EMPOWERING BPATS/TANODS — Around 554 barangay peacekeeping action teams/tanods from the barangays covered by Police Stations 1 to 10 of the Baguio City Police Office under Col. Glenn Lonogan have completed the one-day training and seminar. The participants were apprised on the basic principles of interpersonal communications, review of selected city ordinances followed by series of lectures with demonstrations on citizen’s arrest/first responder, traffic management and control, disaster relief and rescue operations and basic defense tactics. — Contributed photo
