EXCELLENCE IN COOKING — The city government led by Mayor Benjamin Magalong commended Allen S. Gacweng, a student of the Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education (CSITE) was awarded a Medallion of Excellence during the 13th World Skills Competition held at the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Center, Singapore on July 23 to 25. He is a young cook from Mankayan, Benguet, and a scholar student of the CSITE and was one of the lone competitors representing the Philippines. — Neil Clark Ongchangco
