FESTIVAL OF FESTIVALS — Organized by the Department of Tourism-Cordillera, the best festival in each province in the Cordillera, including Baguio City, took center stage during the Cordillera: Festival of Festivals Show 2022 on Oct. 15. Here, the contingent from Mountain Province performed the most authentic cultural show called “chinakhon” that impressed both local and foreign spectators.
