Enrique Tayag and DOH-Cordillera Director Rio Magpantay led the inauguration of the first in-patient Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center in the Cordillera within the Luis Hora Memorial Regional Hospital complex in Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province last week.
