FREE YOGA AT THE PARK — Advocates for mental health have recently added yoga as one of the fitness activities held at the Burnham Park. Yoga is an ancient practice that includes breathing exercises, meditation and asanas or poses that flex muscles. These poses are said to help the reduce stress hormones and simultaneously increase the release of endorphins or the “happy hormones.” The free yoga is every Sunday, 6 a.m. at the rose garden. — Rimaliza Opiña
