FROM NO MAN’S LAND TO PEACEFUL PROVINCE — Ranking military officers led by M/Gen. Audrey Pasia, commanding general of the 5th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army based in Gamu, Isabela, hailed Apayao Gov. Elias Bulut, Jr. for transforming the province as the most peaceful province in the Cordillera.
