FULL FORCE — The Department of Social Welfare and Development-Cordillera under Director Maria Aplaten was in full force, as the agency extended assistance to close to 35,000 residents from the 13 towns of Benguet during the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair on April 21 to 22.
