GONE TO THE WILD — A rescued eagle named as “Nariha Kabugao” was released back to the wild in Kabugao, Apayao on April 12, or less than a month after he was rescued on March 12 and nursed by concerned citizens. The release was a collaborative effort of the Philippine Eagle Foundation with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Apayao province, and municipality of Kabugao. — PIA-CAR photo
