James Edduba joined health officials in a series of learning exploration on Feb. 28 and March 1 towards understanding the cases of maternal deaths in the province as part of the Leadership Development Program granted to the Kalinga Provincial Health team by the Department of Health-Cordillera through a partnership with the Zuellig Family Foundation.
