Maria Rosario Singh-Vergeire and DOH-CAR Director Amelita Pangilinan visited the Luis Hora Memorial Regional Hospital and Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center-Mountain Province, both located at Abatan, Bauko.
