HEMODIALYSIS AND ISOLATION BUILDINGS — Department of Health-CAR Director Dr. Rio Magpantay and Far North Luzon General Hospital and Training Center Medical Center Chief Dr. Marlene P. Libatique-Lubo led the ribbon cutting ceremony for the hemodialysis and isolation buildings of the FNLGHTC in Luna, Apayao.
