HPG-CAR BUILDING SOON TO RISE — Philippine National Police Chief Rodolfo Azurin, Jr. graced the groundbreaking ceremony of the Regional Highway Patrol Unit-Cordillera headquarters that will soon rise at Longlong Road, Puguis, La Trinidad, Benguet. The headquarters that will also house the Benguet Provincial HPU will rise within a 265 square-meter property of Benguet State University which allowed the use the area through a usufruct agreement. BSU will also allow use of another 100 square meters for HPG’s impounding area. Also gracing the groundbreaking ceremony were BSU President Dr. Felipe Comila, Gov. Melchor Diclas, PNP-Cordillera Director B/Gen Mafy Bazar, HPG Chief B/Gen. Clifford Gairanod, and a representative of Rep.
