LAGAWE, Ifugao – A total of 127 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) of the Ifugao District Jail in Kiangan benefited from an outreach program conducted by services providers.
A gift giving and feeding activities were conducted on Dec. 14 in said correctional facility sponsored by the Office of Board Member Orlando Addug to uplift the morale of the PDLs and for them to feel the essence of this yuletide season.
The event started with a short program that highlighted with the distribution of hygiene kits and snacks to the PDLS that commenced with the feeding activity.
Another outreach activity was conducted also on Dec. 15 by the 3K Cares Foundation led by its president, Ruby M. Cuyop.
Gift packs, slippers, and calendars worth P80,000 were provided to the PDLs.
Ifugao District Jail Warden Chief Inspector Gannisi Olosan and personnel lauded the office of Board Member Addug and the 3K Cares Foundation for sponsoring the outreach activities. – Marcelo Lihgawon
