IFUGAO’S ADOPTED SON — Social Welfare Secretary Rex T. Gatchalian has been adopted son of Ifugao and was given the name “Amtalaw”, which represents a man of strong and fine character, full of wisdom, generous, and a wealthy figure in Ifugao mythology.
