IP YOUTH LEADERSHIP SUMMIT — More than 50 youth leaders have completed the three-day Indigenous People Youth Leadership Summit initiated by the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples-Apayao and Philippine Army in partnership with the 1st Apayao Provincial Mobile Force Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15, and the provincial government on Dec. 9 to 11.
