LARGEST WEDDING CAKE 4.0 — Baguio residents and tourists alike partook from the 12,000 slices of cake from the four-layer wedding cake prepared by more than 60 professional chefs and students to kick off this year’s Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Weekend. The unveiling of the largest cake at SM Baguio atrium was made possible by HRT Weekend organizer, the Hotel Restaurant Association of Baguio . Chocolate truffle, red velvet, banana, carrot and blueberry vanilla were the flavors of the cake. Its ingredients include more than 600 kilos flour, 32,000 eggs, 20,000 bananas, 600 kilos carrots, almost 200 kilos dark, milk, and white chocolates. — Mau Victa
