Lions set golf tilt at BCC May 14
Parbusters from Baguio and Benguet are invited to be part of a golf for-a-cause at the Baguio Country Club on May 14.
The Baguio Sunflower Lions Club has announced P50,000 will be given to a lucky golfer who can nail a hole-in-one at a designated hole to be known during the tournament.
Tee time will be from 6:30 to 10 a.m. so that all players would have completed the 18 holes by 3 p.m.
Registration fee is P1,200 for BCC members and P2,000 for non-members, inclusive of mulligan.
The men’s division will have class A, B, and C, while the ladies division will have class A and B.
Mode of play will be Peoria, according to the organizers. The Peoria system is a sort of one-day handicapping system for tournaments in which most of the golfers do not have real handicap indexes.
