MAKE CHILDREN SMILE — Around 50 pupils in Tanudan, Kalinga were the main beneficiaries of an outreach program conducted by the Tanudan Municipal Police Station and the Armed Forces of the Philippines as part of the 28th Police Community Relations Month celebration.
