MASS TREE PLANTING — Around 5,500 pine tree saplings were planted by more than 200 individuals from various government and private agencies at the critical Agaki watershed in Balili, Mankayan, Benguet on Aug. 10. Those involved were from the DENR-CENRO Buguias, Mankayan local government, Balili barangay including Balili watershed guards, St. Theresa Dialysis Center, Far Southeast Gold Resources Inc., Diamond Drilling Corporation of the Philippines, TechRock Services, Bureau of Fire Protection, ISRI, MD&C, PNP-Special Action Force, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Crescent, CEXCI, Lepanto Local Employees Union, and Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company. — LCMCo photo
