The city government, in partnership with the Association of Baguio Chinese-Filipino Youth Inc. (ABCFYI), launched on Oct. 7, the Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Mooncake/Moon Festival by opening a “Little Chinatown” at Session Road.
