The Philippines and the Vatican are the only nations that have not legalized divorce.
Based on the Family Code, annulment of marriage is the legal way of ending a union between a husband and wife caught in quarrels and violence.
Why push for divorce? It will only make couples separate and children are left in misery.

I hope House Bill 9349, or the Absolute Divorce Bill will not be passed into law for it will only lead to a collapse in morality.
