NOT PASSABLE TO HEAVY VEHICLES — The Lower Kalinga District Engineering Office issued an advisory on Jan. 5 that the Ileb Bridge is not passable to heavy vehicles due to a crack and a small hole that were noticed on the bridge. The office has advised motorists to instead use the Romualdez-Quezon-Tabuk Road and the Nambaran-Isabela Road as alternate roads. — DPWH Kalinga
