OPD BUILDING PROJECT — Department of Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Singh-Vergeire and DOH-CAR Director Amelita Pangilinan together with Apayao Gov. Elias Bulut, Jr. led the ground breaking ceremony of the Out Patient Department building of Far North Luzon General Hospital and Training Center in Luna town.
