PASS AT YOUR OWN RISK — As of June 15, the collapsed section of Kennon Road at Camp 6, Tuba, Benguet (inset) is open to one-way traffic after crew of 3K Construction work double time in their clearing operation. But motorists are advised to take extreme caution when navigating the road section where countless residents have to cross at their own risk when the alternate route at the Bued River was closed from vehicular traffic last week.
