PBBM AS ADOPTED SON — President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. was adopted as a son of Apayao during the 36th Cordillera Month celebration in Luna, Apayao on July 15 and was given the name “Pamengalan”, which means the highest leader and warrior and an inspiration among the yApayaos. Regional Development Council chairperson and Apayao Gov. Elias Bulut Jr. assisted by Rep. Eleanor Bulut-Begtang and Vice Gov. Remy Albano turned over the provincial board resolution and tokens to Presidential Assistant for North Luzon Assistant Secretary Ana Carmela Ventura-Remigio who represented the President during the event. — Redjie Cawis
