Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office General Manager Melquiades Robles and Presidential Assistant for Northern Luzon Asec. Ana Carmela Ventura-Remigio turned over the patient transport vehicles (PTV) to the officials of Abra, Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, and Mountain Province.

For Abra, it was received by sangguniang panlalawigan members led by Vice Gov. Joy Bernos, while Gov. James Edduba received the vehicle for Kalinga.

Receiving the PTV for their respective provinces were Mountain Province Rep. Maximo Dalog, Jr., Gov. Bonifacio Lacwasan, Jr., and Vice Gov. Francis Tauli for Mountain Province; Benguet Gov. Melchor Diclas and Vice Gov. Ericson Felipe for Benguet, and Ifugao Gov. Jerry Dalipog and Vice Gov. Glenn Prudenciano for Ifugao; and Gov. Elias Bulut, Jr. and Rep.
