For Abra, it was received by sangguniang panlalawigan members led by Vice Gov. Joy Bernos, while Gov. James Edduba received the vehicle for Kalinga.
Receiving the PTV for their respective provinces were Mountain Province Rep. Maximo Dalog, Jr., Gov. Bonifacio Lacwasan, Jr., and Vice Gov. Francis Tauli for Mountain Province; Benguet Gov.
