PISAY SCHOLARS WIN BIG AT WISPO 2023 — Grade 10 students, Han Na D. Park and Eliz Jae F. Gasatan from Philippine Science High School-CARC won the silver award during the World Innovative Science Project Olympiad 2023 held on Dec. 14 to 17, 2023 at Bandung, Indonesia. Their accomplishment was attributed to their groundbreaking research titled “Dye-Sensitized Solar Panel Cell: Harnessing Sunlight Rays as Solar Energy Based on Biodegradable Media.” Together with their research coach Frances Marie Alinio-Aniceto, the group not only showcased its scientific prowess but also demonstrated the potential of the innovative project. — PSHS-CARC Information and Media Office
