PRICELESS IBALOY PHOTOGRAPHS — Photographs of Ibaloys, mostly original settlers of Baguio, taken by the Americans at the beginning of the 20th century were turned over to their descendants by a team from the University of Michigan on Aug. 7 at the Ibaloy Heritage Garden. Depicted in these composite frames are the great Kafagway chieftain Mateo Cariño (inset) and an ancestor of the Laoyan clan (More images on page 20). — University of Michigan archives
