PRICELESS IBALOY PHOTOGRAPHS — Photographs of Ibaloys, mostly original settlers of Baguio, taken by the Americans at the beginning of the 20th century were turned over to their descendants by a team from the University of Michigan on Aug. 7 at the Ibaloy Heritage Garden.
