PUBLIC CONSULTATION — Partido Reporma standard bearers Sen. Panfilo Lacson and Senate President Vicente Sotto III met with journalists before their dialogue with officers and members of various clubs under Rotary International District 3790 Cluster 1-C and the business sector in Baguio City on Feb. 18. Mayor Benjamin Magalong assisted and endorsed the two senators. Lacson, a member of the Philippine Military Academy Class of 1971, was conferred a Lifetime Achievement Award by the PMA Alumni Association, Inc. in recognition of his over 50 years of outstanding contributions in government and public service. — Harley Palangchao
