QUALITY DAIRY FARM — Agriculture Secretary Francisco P. Tiu Laurel, Jr. visited the Dairy Project site at the Baguio Animal Breeding and Research Center (BABRC) in Dontogan, Baguio City on Jan. 26. The BABRC, which has been known as a dairy farm and an outlet for good quality dairy products and by-products, also serves as a production center for other livestock such as native pigs, chickens, and horses; and crops such as coffee and citrus seedlings. — DA photo
