RETIREMENT HONORS — Retired M/Gen. Jimmy Catanes has inspired officers and personnel of Police Regional Office-Cordillera to strive for excellence in public service when he graced the Distinguished Visitors Program on Dec. 19 at Camp Major Bado Dangwa in La Trinidad. Catanes, a member of the Philippine National Police Academy Class of 1989 and who has served the Cordillera in various capacities, was received by Col.
