The fervent wish of one and all is for the New Year to be better for all of us.
Sa bagong taon, sana all.
Sana’y libre na tayo sa veerus na Covid-19 at maging malusog tayong lahat.
Sana’y wala nang away sa pamilya, sa mga magkakaibigan at sa politika.
Sana’y magkaroon ng sapat at murang bigas at pagkain para sa lahat.
Sana’y mabigyan ng tamang sahod ang mga manggagawa at mga kawani.
Sana’y manalo tayo sa lotto o kahit sa jueteng.Dropball puwede na.
Sana’y matigil na ang pang-aabuso sa kababaihan at kabataan.
Sana’y magkaroon ng trabaho rito upang hindi na kailangang maging overseas Filipino worker.
Sana’y kapakanan ng tao, hindi semento at pangungurakot, ang maging sagot sa problema.
Sana’y maligaw ang lahat na bagyo upang hindi na tamaan ang Pilipinas.
Sana’y mawala ang basura o bumango man lang.
Sana’y makalipad ang mga bus, jeepney, at kotse upang mabawasan ang trapik.
Sana’y matigil ang paghukay sa matinong kalsada.
Sana’y matigil ang akyat-bahay, rape, holdap, cellphone snatching, kidnapping at iba pang krimen.
Sana’y matigil ang illegal logging, illegal fishing, illegal mining, illegal recruitment, illegal connections, illegal gambling, illegal parking, at lahat ng illegal.
Sana’y mahuli ang kotong na pulis, fiscal at judge, pati na ang mga congressman, governor at iba pang public officials na nangongotong.
Sana’y tangkilikin natin ang mga senior citizen.
Sana’y bumalik ang saya at tawanan na lang natin ang problema.
Sana’y bumalik ang musika sa ating puso at mundo.
Sana nandyan pa rin ang good manners and right conduct sa mga bata, matanda lalo na sa mga taga gobyerno.
Sana’y mahalin at pangalagaan natin ang ating mga kapatid na katutubo, pati na ang kanilang kultura.
Sana’y magkaroon tayo ng respeto, pagmamalasakit at pagkalinga sa ating kapwa.
Kasaganaan, kapayapaan at katarungan para sa lahat.
Sana wala nang dayaan sa PCOS machine sa 2022.

As we gather our family, friends, and people closest to our hearts this 2021, we pray to the Supreme Being, God the Father, Allah, and the forces up there to infuse in us a strong sense of love and devotion, patriotism, nobility and moral courage. That we will at all times consider what is just and reasonable and imperative for the promotion and defense of our rights and that of our people. That we be given strength to abide by the 10 Commandments without necessity of millions of laws attempting to implement it in the discharge of our responsibilities and duties, and to stand by our conviction in what we believe is right and fair.
That truth, justice, and the concern for our fellowmen, especially the underprivileged, the less fortunate, the economically and socially- deprived, and the victims of human rights violations will always prevail and find a place in our hearts. That we be given the wisdom and resolve to seek divine guidance in all our undertakings and to always remember that whatever we do, should be for our Lord’s greater glory and for the good of our city, country, and our people.
Let us share with everyone the blessings of a revitalized spirituality so that the love, peace, and joy of Jesus Christ will always be with us this Christmas and all the days to come.
Sana all talaga. A great New Year to all with the expectation of hope and a better life ahead. Sigh.
