SERBISYO CARAVAN — House Speaker Martin Romualdez together with Benguet Rep. Eric Yap, Gov. Melchor Diclas, City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, other members of the Lower House, and governors led the launching of the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair at the Benguet State University on April 21.
