SM City Baguio Mall administrative employees have concluded the “Super Prime Olympics” last Oct. 10.
The sports fest is the first of its kind implemented for SM Supermalls nationwide.
SM City Baguio Human Resources Department aims to inspire a healthier working environment for the employees and to further encourage teamwork and sportsmanship with everyone.
The activity also gives the employees the opportunity to bond with their coworkers outside the office and to build more camaraderie for the future.
“This is the first ever sports fest implemented nationwide for SM malls. This is as well part of SM Life Program to promote life balance and create a more fun and positive work environment. The SM Life program aims to engage, enable, and energize our talents through programs like these, so this is essential and very helpful to all of us,”SM City Baguio Human Resources Officer Joana Concepcion said.
The activity also aims to inspire the employees to participate in the SM Life program where employees are encouraged to embrace wellness, productivity, and health in their work life. –Karren P. Nobres
