SOLAR PANELS FOR HOUSEHOLDS — The Benguet Police Provincial Office led by Col. Damian Olsim donated set of house solar panels to 12 households without power supply at Sitio Otbong in Anchokey, Kabayan on Dec. 19. The project was funded by the Head Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag City, Consul Ren Faquiang, with support from the provincial government led by Gov.
