SOLDIERS AS PARTNERS — Personnel of the 54th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army are highly-appreciated by teachers and pupils of Tukucan Elementary School in Tinoc, Ifugao for their active involvement in extra-curricular activities of the learners. The soldiers are leading the morning exercises every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They also help teachers in giving extra learning hours for learners who could hardly read and write. — Marcelina Budih-Cleto
