SPOTTED, STOPPED — These unauthorized constructions were spotted and reported by roving personnel of the Baguio City Police Station 3 under PEMS Presley Goyo while on foot patrol and inspection at the Forbes forest reservation along South Drive Road on April 9. Follow-up site inspection on April 11 by Police Station 3, City Buildings and Parks Management Office, and City Environment and Parks Management Office showed the shanties were already removed. — Contributed photo
