In its endeavor to move towards a cashless society, the Sahei Core Technologies Company (SCTC), a start-up company based in Baguio City, has partnered with Surge Mobile Access Inc. to continue to boost communities to go digital through safe, seamless and innovative financial technology solutions.

Under the agreement, the services of Surge Mobile Access such as the SurgePay e-wallet and the over-the-counter business package for bills payment and loading services, among others, will be used by SCTC’s clients.

“We bring our services to the grassroots society especially in the Cordillera to enable them to move towards a cashless community since all financial transactions are going electronic,” said Maguinsay.

Maguinsay added the platform ushers convenience, less time and cost associated with handling, storing, depositing funds and delivering digital financial aid to the constituents.

Client cooperatives may easily disburse real-time loans, dividends, withdraw cash, and other financial transactions to their members as well as salaries to their employees online.

MSMEs can also provide cashless transactions by having their own mobile app or include their business to payment gateway.

Also present at the MOA signing were SCTC Public Relations, Regulatory & Linkage Manager Dr. Kevin Jim Luna and Operations and Logistics Manager Jefferson Belino.
