UNITED FRONT — The Department of Health-Cordillera led by Director Rio Magpantay and officials of Mountain Province led by Gov. Bonifacio Lacwasan, Jr., and chiefs of hospitals in the province signed a memorandum of agreement for the establishment of Health Care Providers Network in Bauko, Mountain Province on Nov. 15.
