UNITED MOUNTAIN PROVINCE — Provincial and municipal officials of Mountain Province displayed unity and oneness, as they joined residents from 10 towns in celebrating the 16th Lang-ay Festival and 56th foundation anniversary of the province in Bontoc on April 5. In attendance were Rep. Maximo Dalog, Jr., Gov. Bonifacio Lacwasan, Jr., Vice Gov. Francis Tauli, provincial board members, and town mayors. Also gracing the occasion were Usec.
