UNITED WE STAND — The provincial board of Benguet led by Vice Gov. Ericson Felipe held its out-of-town regular session at the Ibaloy Heritage Park at Burnham Park, Baguio City on Oct. 17 as a show of support to the ongoing month-long Ibaloy Festival. They were then joined by the members of the city council of Baguio led by Acting Mayor and Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan. Felipe said the gathering of the two councils marks strong ties and friendship of Benguet and Baguio, bounded by their roots as indigenous peoples of the Cordillera. — Ofelia Empian
