VALENTINE’S TREAT — Instead of the usual giving of flowers to the public during Valentine’s Day, police trainees at the regional training center under Lt/Col. Avelino Garrido, Jr. at Baguio Teacher’s Camp donated blood in cooperation with the blood bank of the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center through Dr. Janine Robles.
